Apple is Applying for a New Charging Technology: no Extra Support

We all know that when iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus launched, they were added fully new NFC technology, but didn’t add the wireless charging technology. So, this feature became the attack by Samsung. However, according to the latest news, Apple gets a new patent technology, that is users can finish charging process without any other extra hardware support.

The United States patent Trademark Office recently released a new patent application wireless charging handed by Apple, which showed that Apple devices can be charged successfully without other help. This technology takes advantage of the existing speakers, microphones and vibrating wire loop to carry out the interaction, finally achieve charging.

Unluckily, this technology can’t officially launch in the current times due to the limit of the size of iPhone inside coil. If so, since the power transmission efficiency is a little insufficient, the charging time will quite long. The relevant persons are expected that even Apple has finished the research and development, it won’t add this feature to iPhone 7. Anyway, it is worth expecting the new technology and Apple parts.
