Sony Xperia Z4 through the FCC certification

Unlike previous years, this year's MWC Sonydid not look like the outside world as a new generation flagship phone, cameforward after the company executives explained that the new machine willcontinue to maintain a year release cycle, it seems most likely to be inadvance, and recently a suspected Xperia Z4 phone by the US Federalcommunications Commission (FCC) certification.

There are no guarantees in life. When it comes to mobile devices, just because a previous iteration of a flagship device packed specific hardware (a micro SD card slot and/or removable battery for instance) doesn’t always guarantee the next model will have the same. And if the Samsung Galaxy S6 taught us anything, it’s that long revered hardware features can up and leave in a moment’s notice.

You can search "PM-078X" on FCC'swebsite, although there is no clear explanation of how to configure, butaccording to the 146 × 73 mm body, the firmware version number 26.1.A.0.79,plus on a real machine with the previous frame and the front right cornerrenderings fit SD card slot, which can be confirmed that these phones is theXperia Z4 different operators version.

Sony Xperia Z4 frequent exposure recently,a few days ago to "E6533" models visited GFXBench run sub-platform,it has a 5.1 inches display full HD screen, 64 Xiaolong 810 eight-coreprocessor, 3GB RAM / 32GB ROM, 2070 / 500-megapixel rear / front camera,pre-installed Android 5.0.2 system.

Xperia Z4 changing body includes a USB interfaceto open no cover, lanyard hole to the bottom, SD card slot and SIM card slotshared an opening double-cut front speakers hidden regression models Xperia Z2,the total the Z series is set for the claim to be the essence of the flagship.

Be all that as it may, we’re hyped about Sony’s next flagship smartphone. Initially we though we could be a ways offfrom a Sony Xperia Z4 launch, but a new Sony device that recently passed through the FCC — packing almost the same dimensions as the previous SonyXperia Z3 — could suggest we’re closer to a launch than we previously thought. While the FCC documentation doesn’t reveal too many surprises (the device in question is packing a nice amount of frequency bands to support US networks),it did manage to confirm the existence of the micro SD card slot on the device.

We know, it’s nothing groundbreaking, butsometimes it’s nice to have solid confirmation. Not only that, this could givea little peace of mind to Android fans who felt slighted by Samsung removingthe SD card in the Galaxy S6. With FCC certification, we imagine it wont be too much longer before Sony makes it official.

Sony Xperia Z4 chassis allegedly leaked, reveals thinner design

The Mobile World Congress 2015 was ended today, but some anufacturers didn't announce flagship smartphones. One of them is Sony, which was rumoured to announce Xperia Z4, but the new expected announcement date is sometime next month.

Sony is known for keeping to an aggressive 6-month cycle when it comes to its Xperia Z flagship series, and so many people have been wondering when the Xperia Z4 might show up. Sony said the smartphone wouldn't debut at Mobile World Congress, and it more recently revealed that we should expect to see the Z4 sometime before September. While we wait for more details, an alleged leak of the Z4’s chassis has surfaced online.

Ahead of the official announcement, new photos of phone's chassis have emerged online and reveal a slightly thinner design, which is allegedly 1 mm thinner. If this is true, than the new Xperia Z4 will thinner than both the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge.

Here is a comparison we made between the Z4 front housing and Z3 front housing.
The length and width of the Z4 is approximately the same as the Z3, while it’s slight thinner (around 1mm). On the top side, there isn’t much difference. The only change is the microphone hole has been moved away from the headphone jack. The microphone being located on the bottom next to the USB port, and the absence of magnetic charging pins, among other things.

The biggest difference is the missing micro-SD and SIM car slot on the right side of the Z4.
On the left side, there is only a slot for a SIM card on the Z4 front housing, no magnetic charging port anymore.

Where is the Micro USB charging port for the Z4? Here is the answer, it’s now on the bottom of the phone and what surprised us is, it has not been covered with anything! The microUSB port has been moved to the bottom and is now capless, for instance. The Xperia Z4 will apparently also have only one port flap, which might contain the microSD and nano-SIM slots, though rumours have suggested Sony will drop support for microSD in the Xperia Z4.

It goes without saying that we can’t confirm the validity of the Z4 frame leak, but the big takeaway is that Sony isn’t necessarily waiting until September to release its next flagship phone. However, they do appear to be taking their time to ensure that the Z4 is a more impressive upgrade than say the Z2 to the Z3. What would you like to see from the Sony Xperia Z4? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
