Oneplus Two Teardown

When you decide to teardown the Oneplus Two by yourself, surely you should prepare the tools first. Heat gun, phillip screwdrivers, spudger tool, case opening tool, screen suction cup tool, tweezers and ejector pin are the necessary tools you should have. Now, you can start to do that as the following steps.

Step 1. Remove the back cover. Before doing that, you should power off the phone, then use fingernails to open the cover.

Step 2. Remove the rear housing. In this step, you need to use tweezers to get rid of the black rubber caps and white rubber cap first, next remove the 18 screws carefully, then you can pry up the rear housing easily. By the way, do remember to remove SIM card tray before going on the step.

Step 3. Release the battery and cameras. In order to deal well with this procedure, it is necessary to pry up the flex connector at first, then you can remove them respectively and perfectly.

Step 4. Release the charging port flex connector and assembly, then pop up the motherboard and loudspeaker assembly.

Step 5. Release the LCD assembly. First, use heat gun to soften the adhesive. Second, use a suction cup to take part LCD assembly.

Now, you can feel free to replace the ICD screen replacement or other parts.
